EFT:
EMOTIONAL FREEDOM TECHNIQUE

Emotional freedom technique, also referred to as 'tapping' or 'psychological acupressure' is a method of processing difficult emotions, releasing limiting beliefs and healing physical and emotional pain.

EFT is a mind-body method of tapping acupuncture points (acupoints) on the hands, face, and body with your fingertips while focusing on the challenging issue or feeling you're hoping to resolve.

 

This method is shown to reduce stress and anxiety, improve mental and physical performance, lessen cravings and help resolve fears.
