Our Sauna is crafted from beautiful Canadian Hemlock, an ideal wood due to its hypoallergenic properties and excellent insulation capacity. We have also sealed the wood with a beautiful mix of local beeswax and linseed oil.

Our special sauna rocks radiate incredible heat - reaching 80 degrees celsius.
Add a little water to boost the heat with steam, intensifying the sensory experience!

Sauna bookings are 1 hour long
You can divide the time into 3 x 10min or 15min sessions
~ with a refreshing cold shower rinse off in between if desired ~
(cold tub access by request only - please indicate your interest in the booking form).

Sauna Etiquette:

- arrive hydrated, stay hydrated!

- please sit on a towel (BYO or hire available)

- rinse thoroughly before using cold tub, no submerging
- togs / shorts must be worn; no nudity
- no jewelry, metal or glass inside the sauna
- check with others before adding water to the rocks
- minimise exiting the sauna within the 10-15min brackets
- do not add essential oils other than oils provided  
- be respectful of others and the equipment
- stay hydrated, but no water bottles within the sauna
- no drugs or alcohol consumed before the sauna
- no beverages / substances other than water / tea are permitted on premise

Any misconduct will result in a fine and being banned. Further action may be taken.
