Angela will guide you in unwinding the tensions of your busy mind and body and encourage you towards the quiet depths of your inner world through guided hypnosis-relaxation (yoga nidra). Bring and intention to shift something in your life - amplify or release. A journey of sound into silence. No experience necessary.
