This programme is specifically designed to empower teens to feel focused, calm and more connected to themselves and their lives through self-care and self-regulation routines.  

The tools offered in the course provide skills to manage stress, improve focus and sleep, mood, energy and confidence.

Developing compassionate self-awareness and self-regulation is fundamental to this programme.

Restorative Breathing & Body

Clear Mind, Kind Heart, Calm Body meditations.

Angela offers her experienced guidance and facilitation of these practices and will mentor you throughout the process.

Angela will guide you in unwinding the tensions of your busy mind and body and encourage you towards the quiet depths of your inner world through guided hypnosis-relaxation (yoga nidra).
